Season 2025/26 is off and swimming! 🏊🏼‍♀️
Registrations are NOW OPEN. Please complete the form found on the main TeamApp page. Registration gives you access to discounted LTS and squad fees and Friday night club activities, including end of season awards and carnivals. A club handbook will be emailed to registered families, please take the time to have a read.

If you are planning to return to learn to swim in term 4, please reach out to Karen asap as preferred session times are filling fast. Returning squad swimmers are also requested to advise Karen of your intention to return please.

PLAYON VOUCHERS
After some initial hiccups with the redemption of the Qld Government PlayOn vouchers, we are good to go.
Vouchers can only be used for Registration or squad fees (not Learn to Swim) and are only allowed to be claimed for the individual child up to the $200 total. Eg. Child 1 – Registration and squad fees = $200 claimable. Child 2 – Registration and Learn to swim = $80 claimable for Rego only. Child 3 – Registration (for Friday Night Club) = $80 claimable.
We will credit your account once funds are received from redemption. Don’t worry, we won’t chase you for payment while we are waiting for these to process. As always, any account concerns, please reach out to Karen vsssc.coordinators@gmail.com or to the club vsssclub@gmail.com

Canteen Convenor – Are you looking for a part-time work opportunity?
Our canteen convenor role might just be for you!
Up to 10 hours per week paid for a standard week, with additional hours in carnival/event weeks.

Carnival Coordinator – volunteer role – we are looking for a carnival coordinator to manage the inter-club contact for planning and organising by email and liaising with the exec committee and carnival selector.

Committee positions – This will be my final year as Chair of Swim Club so we are looking for interested parents to join our committee and move into the chair role. Please join us at our next meeting Tuesday week 2, term 4 7pm (14/10/25) in the VSS library (next to the pool).

NO HOLIDAY INTENSIVES
There will not be any holiday intensives this September/October holidays as our head coach Chanaka enjoys a well deserved break and travels back to see his family.
There will be a guest coach for some of our squad sessions in weeks 9 & 10 of this term. All Squad and LTS will proceed at usual times.
Squads and LTS will resume on the first day of school in term 4, Tuesday 7/10/25.
