Saturday
Gates open 1pm.
Warm up 1:15pm.
Group Photo 1:45pm. Please wear Club Shirt or navy shirt.
Events start at 2pm.
2 x sessions with medal presentation between – up to max 4 hours total.

Sunday
Gates open at 9am.
Warm up 9:30am.
Events start 10am.
2 x sessions with medal presentation between.

Finish with a free swim – please bring a swim shirt for this.

Other important information:
- No watches
- Sunscreen is vital
- All families are expected to volunteer on at least 1 day.
- Timekeepers will be in the sun for part of the day, hats and sun safe clothing will be vital.
